The Dosing Guidelines give the indicated INR range based on the disease or condition.
Guidelines - Indications are separated into 3 categories by INR Range: 2.0 - 3.0,
2.5 - 3.5, and > 2.0 - 3.0.The F/U Algorithms are used to determine the frequency
of repeat Prothrombin Time & International Normalized Ratio (INR) tests as well
as repeat testing in special circumstances
